[לֹֽ֣א־יִהְיֶ֥͏ֽה־לְךָ֛֩ אֱלֹהִ֥֨ים אֲחֵרִ֖֜ים עַל־פָּנָֽ͏ַ֗י׃]
You shall have no other gods besides Me.
Exodus 20:3
As it is Written: Exodus 20:3 WEB — Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
When we read this passage in our eglish bibles, one could easily misinterpret this commnd to mean that you could enterntain the idea that other’gds’ just so long as you put YHWH Almighty God in the absolute TOP position. One MIGHT mistakenly think that you are okay to entertain the idea that of other ‘gods’ just so long as you don’t place those other ‘gods as be gods’ing equal to or above YHWH Almighty.
The Functioning Dynamic
In functioning reality, the Commandment means, “You shall not entertain, honor or serve other ‘gods’ before MY FACE.
Other ‘are Actually Demons and NOT Truly ‘gods’ at all.
As it is Written: 1 Corinthians 10:19-22 NKJV — What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord’s table and of the table of demons. Or do we provoke the Lord to j5ealousy? Are we stronger than He?

Functionality speaking, you can not serve two masters (text). You cannot successfully serve the ONE True Almighty Creator and serve a demon atthe same time.
